Our Office

Location and Parking

Our office is located in Suite 844 of the Kapiolani Business Plaza at 1580 Makaloa St in the Kapiolani/Ala Moana area of Honolulu, Hawaii.  Our building is on the corner of Kaheka and Makaloa Streets.  We have lots of validated parking.  The entrance to the parking lot is from Makaloa St. right under the big turquoise circle painted on the front of our building.

Welcome to our office

 

Upon arrival on your first visit to our offce, you will be asked to fill in an information sheet requesting contact information and your health history. Please be sure to bring a picture ID along with your dental insurance card to assure that all of your insurance coverage is as you expect it to be.  When bringing an elderly patient or child, it is also helpful to bring documentation of your role in their caregiving along with a list of all their medications and conditions. Minors should always be accompanied by one of their parents.

Please take a look around our office. We know that for most people, the Dentist's office is not one of their favorite places to visit.  We try our best to make the experience as comfortable as possible for you like a visit to our home instead of a cold institution.  We look forward to your visit.
 

Our state of the art x-ray machine with which we now take 95% of our x-rays.  This new technology allows us to expose our patients to far less radiation and take x-rays without having to place anything into your mouth.  (www.planmeca.com)
